St Sebastian was lovely but would have liked more time there to explore . Our tour guide was brilliant especially having to translate in 4 different languages but this made it feel like there was a lot of talking the whole trip . Overall a very good tour with great views of the island but a long 13 hour day .”

Our guide was very knowledgeable and very pleasant. He was organised and made sure all instructions and timekeeping were met. After my booking, the operator informed me that pick-up from my area was not available because all slots were already fully booked, and offered only a location on the other side of the island or to reschedule the tour for another day. I agreed to reschedule and was told over the phone that I could use the same ticket. However, the next day, they demanded that I pay again, despite our agreement. “We booked by Viator, the bus had no signs from this firm! Difficult to get the right bus! It took very long time with all the pickups! The stop in the capital was ok. The bus Trip in the northern island had a much too large bus ( too many people) for the bad and curving roads. La Laguna was great, they could have tould us more about what to see , for instance the university. The English from the guide was bad, the German even worse!
